Security Consultant
Advise heavy-regulated clients on OT security strategy, NIS2 compliance and roadmap delivery, from boardroom to control room.
About the role
Our consultants are the ones our clients call before they sign a vendor contract, before they touch a PLC, and definitely before they brief the board on NIS2. You bridge the gap between technical reality and the language a CFO or plant director needs to hear.
What you'll do
- Lead OT security assessments and gap analyses against IEC 62443 and NIS2
- Build and present roadmaps to C-level stakeholders
- Run workshops with engineering, operations and IT teams
- Project-manage multi-year OT security programs
- Mentor junior consultants and analysts
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in cybersecurity consulting, advisory or audit
- Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks: NIS2, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English
- Comfort presenting to executive audiences
Nice to have
- OT-specific consulting experience
- CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIPP or equivalent
- Experience with maritime, aviation or energy sectors
