SOC Analyst
Sit at the front line of our 24/7 OT monitoring operation. When something looks wrong on a port crane or an airport baggage system, you see it first.
About the role
Our SOC is purpose-built for OT. That means you're not drowning in 50,000 daily Windows endpoint alerts, you're looking at a curated, OT-aware feed where every alert matters. We invest in our analysts: tooling, training, certifications.
What you'll do
- Triage and investigate OT and IT security alerts in real time
- Escalate confirmed incidents and coordinate response
- Tune detections in collaboration with our engineering team
- Produce client-facing incident reports that are actually readable
- Run threat-hunting cycles on our most exposed clients
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in a SOC, NOC or similar 24/7 operations environment
- Familiarity with SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel, Elastic) and EDR tooling
- Strong analytical mindset, calm under pressure
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (compensated)
Nice to have
- Exposure to OT / ICS environments
- Security+, GCIA, GCIH or equivalent
- Scripting in Python or PowerShell
