Software Developer
Build the monitoring stack behind AX-Office.ai and the firmware that makes the AX-Box Gatekeeper a category-defining product.
About the role
We don't sell other people's boxes, we ship our own. As a developer at aXite you'll work across the stack on systems that watch over critical infrastructure 24/7. You'll write code that has to be right the first time, every time.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain the AX-Office.ai detection engine and dashboard
- Contribute to AX-Box Gatekeeper firmware and management plane
- Write code that meets industrial-grade reliability and security standards
- Pair with security engineers to translate threat intel into detections
- Own features end-to-end: design, build, ship, monitor
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building production software (Python, Go, TypeScript or similar)
- Solid grasp of Linux, networking and distributed systems
- You write tests because you want to, not because you have to
- Curious about cybersecurity, formal background not required
Nice to have
- Experience with ML pipelines or anomaly detection
- Embedded / firmware experience
- Background in critical infrastructure or industrial software
